LABOUR ROOM
Surgimed Hospital Welcomes female patients in the Out-patient Clinic located on the 2nd Floor. At Surgimed Hospital our specially designed Labour room provides a relaxing and personal place for you to labour and give birth.

The Labour Room is equipped with all necessary equipment’s and supplies that the laboring patient may require to include: operating lights, Delivery beds, Oxygen and air supply, Crash cot with complete range of medications, multi parameter Patient monitors, CTG for single and Twin babies, Portable Ultrasound for preoperative and post operative scan, All necessary Instruments & Trays and supplies, Baby warmers etc.
The Hospital has 5 operating rooms that are adequately equipped to handle major and minor operations. These are modern modular theaters with built in facilities.
All life saving machines like Anesthesia, Patient monitors, Lighting, Cut and Coag, Ventilators, C-Arm (image intensifier), Portable X-rays, Ultrasound and Doppler, Laparoscopic equipment, microscopes all remain uninterrupted during load shedding hours.
Surgimed Hospital’s operating theaters run on UPS and Generator Backup supply in addition to the LESCO Supplied Electricity.
The Obstetrics Theater is conveniently located next to the labor Room and takes care of maternity cases both emergency and planned caesarian sections are carried out here.
Highly skilled and experienced doctors carry out surgery at the theaters. Resident anesthetists are readily available for emergencies and elective cases.
